Mibelo Qr Code Shopping
I haven’t been posting for a long time. The last one was the post about going solo entrepreneurship.
I was spending these last four months creating my new startup and improving my programming skills. They demand a lot of time and energy.
I want to tell you about Mibelo that is my newest product. It is a system that allows retailers to sell products and services through QR codes.
I think QR code, NFC and other similar mobile technologies are going to boom in the next couple of years. People don’t want to type things in their smartphones for more info. They want something convenient and accessible. The company that can provide a smooth integration of all its system will win consumers.
Mibelo is one way to reach that. I integrated the shopping experience so consumers scan the code, go to the shopping cart, pay and receive product at home. They don’t have to use laptop or go to a physical stores to shop.
It doesn’t mean to replace physical shops or websites, but it’s an additional sales channel that is going to become dominant in the near future.
I always want to do something mobile and this is my first official “attack” into the space. I’m learning quite a lot about the space: platform fragmentation, iOS boom, harsh integration environment, etc. But it is a very exciting area that offers great deal of opportunities. The mobile commerce sales has increased to 6.7 billion last year in the US and that doesn’t count the tablet devices!
OK, no more talk.
